How to Propose a New Club
  1. Form a Core Team: Assemble at least 5 interested students across at least 2 branches.
  2. Faculty Sponsorship: Secure endorsement from a full-time Faculty Advisor.
  3. Submit Club Charter: Detail club objectives, annual event calendar, and budget estimate.
  4. SAC Board Presentation: Present at the Dean of Student Affairs review meeting for official charter grant.
